Exception: Please check your package for damage upon arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, request a damage claim from the delivery agent immediately. All of our cornhole boards are shipped with insurance for your protection. Properly reporting any shipping damage to us and your delivery agent will facilate refunds/exchanges in these rare cases.

Cornhole bags and accessories: CornHoleShop.com will replace any cornhole bag or accessories that arrive as defective. We will review requests for cornhole bag RMAS, but please request a Return Merchandise Autorhization (RMA) BEFORE you ship your items back to us. Items received without an RMA# will not be returned/replaced/refunded. Please see our Cornhole Bag Guarantee and our replacement policy on our cornhole bags. Our experience has been that our buyers are honest, and in the very rare cases where seams have torn during play, we provided replacements without problems.
